Problem: Foundation wall crack was leaking onto the floor.
We installed an interior drain & sump system, epoxied the crack… Problem solved!

Problem: Crawlspace was filled with debris, overfilled with dirt, had a musty smell and was taking on water. Customer wanted to use it for storage and also wanted insulation & liner
Existing sump pit 35lft from crawlspace so drainline was run around entire crawlspace, through stemwall, under subfloor, and into the sump pit. Crawlspace, subfloor & walls were all double wrapped for optimum R value possible… Problem solved!
Problem: Custom home, water leaking in through 3 walls.
Ideal location for sump pit required custom installation with discharge running through floor… we installed 150lft interior drain, hidden sump system with custom discharge… Problem solved!
Problem: Basement was leaking from 2 walls
We installed an interior drain with a sump system. Discharge had to be run through the ceiling. Concrete floor was (13” thick), a standard floor is (4”)… difficult install… Problem solved!
Problem: Customer needed an interior drain & sump system. They were quoted a huge amount of money to remove & replace the furnace so the drain could be installed
